Kristina Douberly is a keynote speaker, teacher, and mentor with over twenty years of experience teaching in church and ministry settings. For the past decade, her ministry focused on walking alongside women and couples navigating betrayal trauma, guiding them toward healing, restoration, and renewed identity in Christ. Her teaching uniquely weaves biblical truth, neuroscience, and personal testimony to address both the spiritual and emotional realities of healing.

Kristina holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and has taught at the collegiate level as a DPT professor and adjunct faculty in areas including neurology, diagnostic imaging, pharmacology, and pathophysiology. She also spent three years with a Christian film studio, writing and recording teaching content for women and couples on sexual integrity, marriage recovery, and trauma healing.

Her keynote message centers on the biblical identity of Ezer—God’s design for women as rescuers, sustainers, and empowerers. Speaking from her own story of redemption following betrayal, Kristina challenges women to believe that God can redeem their deepest pain and call them into purposeful action.

Kristina lives in Lenoir, North Carolina, and has been married for 27 years. She is the mother of four sons—two who serve in the military and two adopted from Ukraine—and is grateful for a daughter-in-law with another joining the family soon. A military wife for 15 years, she lived across the United States and overseas in Japan. Her spiritual gifts include teaching, leadership, encouragement, hospitality, and a passion for empowering women to heal and walk in freedom. Kristina feels closest to Jesus during her daily prayer time, intentionally creating space each morning to sit with Him.
