Our Team

 

Todd is the founding pastor of Waterlife Church, which started in 2012. He grew up in South Carolina, but moved to North Carolina in 1993. He is a graduate of BC High School, University of South Carolina and Gardner Webb University with a Master’s in Divinity. Todd’s personal mission, along with the mission of Waterlife Church, is to lead people into a knowing, growing, and going relationship with Jesus. He and his beautiful wife Becky have two adult children: Taylor and Jake, 1 granddaughter and two grandsons. Todd is an avid outdoorsman and loves to hike, bike, climb, skateboard, and surf.

Kevin joined our staff as Discipleship Pastor in March 2025. He grew up in Florida and started his pastoral ministry there until moving to North Carolina in 2008. He graduated with his bachelor's degree from Trinity Baptist College and then he earned his master's degree from Liberty University with a concentration in discipleship. Kevin desires to see people come to Christ, grow in Christ, and find the joy of living on mission as His disciple striving to make other disciples for God's glory. He and his wife, Leah, have three children: Hayden, Skylar, and Peyton. Kevin loves sports (Go Gators!) and spending time with his family.

Natalee has attended and served at Waterlife Church since 2020, but she officially joined our staff in June 2021. Natalee is married to Chris and together, they have one son and three dogs. Natalee enjoys serving at the church, listening to worship music, thrift shopping, and spending time with her many family members.

Joshua joined Waterlife as our Next-Gen Pastor in October 2025. He grew up in Hartsville, South Carolina, and later moved to Columbia to graduate from the University of South Carolina with his B.A. in Religious Studies. During this time, and after, Joshua served as a youth pastor and interim lead pastor for several years in the Columbia area with a primary focus on students. He most recently served in the Aiken, South Carolina area as the Next-Gen Pastor to oversee the children’s and student ministries. His heart for ministry is to see this next generation of children, students, and young adults recognize how they’ve been equipped for the Kingdom so that they have the passion to be on the “frontline” of the mission field instead of the sideline. Joshua enjoys spending time with family, his Australian-Shepherd Reba, motorcycle riding, hiking, and playing guitar.

Daniel has served at Waterlife Church for many years, but he officially joined our staff in November 2023. Daniel is married to his awesome wife, Haley. Daniel enjoys writing music, playing guitar, playing drums, playing video games, and hanging out with his wife!

Angie has attended Waterlife Church for many years, but she officially joined our staff in February 2022. Angie is married to Brian and they have one adult child together. Angie enjoys spending time with her family and friends and listening to music!

Lauren has attended and served at Waterlife Church since 2016, but she officially joined our staff in May 2023. Lauren has a true passion for children, safety, structure and strategy- which makes her the perfect fit for this role! Lauren also leads our Young Adults life group. In her spare time, Lauren enjoys gardening, hiking, golfing, and spending time with her family.

Mark has attended and served at Waterlife Church for 9 years, but he officially joined our staff in January 2021. Mark has a Bachelor's in Psychology and Master's in Business Administration, both from Gardner-Webb University. Mark is married to Sonya and they have two adult sons, one daughter-in-law, one very large bulldog, and two cats. Mark enjoys hiking, craft projects, and spending time with family.
